The system produces a single number indicating how well an organization is achieving its plans. It uses the opinions of people executing the plans to calculate an overall performance score.
The execution team provides objective and subjective feedback on five categories of performance factors. These include, general considerations, competitive situation, organizational goals, objectives and tactics and financial metrics.
