SCORECARD
The Business SCORECARD is based on the principle of narrow focus in a broad dynamic environment.
This information is used to calculate an OVERALL PERFORMANCE score to express collective achievement for the month. This one number and the supporting details provide the information to update the plan in real time, improve the probability of success, stimulate team buy-in and create peer pressure to achieve and avoid wasting financial and human resources.
Monthly the Business SCORECARD gives management and members of the  execution teams an opportunity to provide feedback that rates the importance and degree of achievement for each performance consideration. This may be for a specific project such as sales or product development or the overall business plan.
